Default Beach Club in Hallandale -- any thoughts?

Does anyone have any thoughts on The Beach Club in Hallandale? I think when they first opened there were some challenges, but has it calmed down? Would it be ok to buy there now?

Yes, it is nice. Lots of foriegn people rent there, russian, french. It is very nice, valet parking, front desk checks everyone out who does not live there. The bldg management is pretty on top of everything. Sort of a hotel atmosphere, I think some people rent out their condos by the week/month. The beach is nice, good area.

The condos are definitely beautiful. How about the financial condition? I heard there were some loud people, maybe renters (I'm looking to buy) -- do you know if that has toned down? Is there any significant difference between Building 3 and 1? Any negatives i should know about? I'm evaluating it vs. Sunny Isles but while it's nice, Sunny Isles is alot more expensive for even much smaller condos and I'm not sure it's worth hundreds of thousands more.
