yeah everyone i know who visits us from socal (friends and relatives mostly) love the 1/4 chicken value meal with beans and rice at pollo tropical and say if they had it in socal they would eat there all the time. blows el pollo loco out of the water.
the 1/4 chicken value meal is pretty much all i ever eat there. or a tropichop.
i dont know what foods youre getting there but that is ridiculously healthy compared to most fast food.

Of course it's a healthier option.

El pollo loco is good though, much better than most fast food restaurants. I love their tacos al carbon I wish we had one here. Did you ever try their sweet potato fries? I see them on their menu and when they are well prepared, they can be really good.
