Some 5.000 years ago, the populatin in Western Europe was practically the same, the Ball Beaker and Megalithic cultures. Indoeuropean invasions from Maykop (Caucasus) bearing haplogroup R1b invaded Western Europe and practically exterminated all the original population some 3.000-3.500 years ago.

The only original Europeans that were left unscathed were ancient greeks, they had weapons and metals, and Scandinavians, extremely remote area at that time. Celts, Germanic and Slavic cultures are indoeuropean, not races, but cultures. Iberian and Etruscan are not Indoeuropean languages.

Presence of R1b (Maykop invaders) today.

I was going to say North Miami Beach if you had not already found a place. I like that area a lot, but again the non-white Hispanic population does not feel ¨comfortable¨ there and many call it a dump. That area is one of the few ¨centers¨ of the Asian population and you don´t need Spanish to survive.

A great map for diversity is this one from the NY Times, based on the 2010 census. The conclusion is that if you want Asian in your mix, North Miami Beach probably is the area that comes closest to that ideal. Just type in the zip code and get educated.
