Not unless they get some rain out there. We have time now.

To be fair, she also reached out to help you and give you advice in the Short Sale Thread that you posted despite the fact that she was livid about some of your posts, so let's not paint her as a villain.

The housing boom was fantastic for Miami. We have about 50 years worth of growth (and more going on now) in just a few short years. That's unheard of.

Brickell will continue to be first in growth and quality of life, but Downtown will follow.

I'm not sure what all the race chatter is about. It's really irrelevant. And for the record, Hispanic people are white.

Overall the future of Miami is very bright. It has great business prospects, an ideal climate and ties to areas of high growth.

Seriously though, would be nice if you're right.

I agree totally and thank her for that. We had a very nice conversation I thought.

I think sometimes she eases up on me, other times, not so much. I've said before, I admire her for her defense of her position, but I have issue with her perspective and sometimes her approach. I'm reasonable, but I'm not free.

Someone smarter than I am once told me, just because I don't like spinach it doesn't make spinach bad. I get that and hopefully she will too someday.
