Have you or anyone you know stayed at the Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel located at 9576 Collins Avenue in Sunnyside? It's the #1 recommended hotel for Sunnyside. The Tripadvisor reviews are almost too good to be believed. (Even the finest hotels have some negative feedback, and of the 22 reviews, not one was even faintly critical.) Most of the reviewers were first-time reviewers--friends of the owner and/or management perhaps? If you have any firsthand knowledge of this hotel, please comment. Thanks.

Ah, Surfside, not Sunnyside. I had never heard of Sunnyside before except for eggs!

I always rely on on the old adage "a picture is worth a thousand words." In other words, 1 photo, I would either brace myself for the worse if I even felt comfortable staying there, but in all reality I would find some place else to stay.

I'd chance it. There are a couple of reviewers that have more than 1 post and there are lots of pictures. It looks cute! Looks like an older building that has been renovated. It's not on the beach though if that's important to you. You can go to google and street view the area.

Yeah, go back to the site. There's bunches of pictures. Looks upscale. Looks nice. I don't like the color scheme with it's warm tone colors. I think a hotel in Miami should incorporate more greens and blues.
