There are not many trees there and the grass is half-dead. Take some addresses in Coral Gables, South Miami and around the good parts of old cutler and you will see the difference. You just do not see lush landscaping in the dry season in poor areas. The google pic also shows some odd colored homes, another sign of a poor area.

I am going to be working at the Miami airport. Are there any nice areas close to that? I am looking to rent first.
