Will $100,000 buy you a house in Miami? What areas?

You can get a townhouse, apartment, or a house, just depends on what type of area and how nice you want it to be.

Well $100,000 is not much money for a house at least in Major Metro areas. You can get a decent small townhouse or small apartment. Or a house in some pretty bad areas. For a decent house in the city or near the city at least 300-400K

Be patient, the prices are still falling and after the next financial collapse you should get your wish. Just make sure you have ca$h ready.
