Reptoid, yes, I was referring to air quality, it is much worse in Houston.

Now, just because I said that does not mean I hate Houston. I liked it. Sure, it was dirtier and it was hotter and muggier than Miami, (believe it or not), but the people?

LIGHTYEARS nicer than people in Miami. So, Miami may be cleaner but she'll drive ya nuts whereas Houston is dirtier but you sure are treated well.

Ok, but those refineries are out of the city limit's on the East side of Houston on the canal that goes in to Galveston Bay. That's not an area that people often go unless they are going or coming from Galveston. At any rate, oil refineries do not define Houston. They DO however, nearly define Port Arthur, and you can't approach that city without seeing the jungle of oil refineries. Miami however, will never have the curse of "Conoco air". Lol. The air in Miami is much, much, cleaner. The rain and the wind do wonders.

If Miami is dirty, I can't imagine what Philly or NYC are

Let's not forget Cleveland and Detroit! Are they seriously going to tell us that Miami is dirtier than those two cities?

If Detroit isn't in the top 10, this list is null and void.
