occasionally we visit cici's pizza at 7572 SW 117th Ave. Miami, FL 33183
the crowd we see in there is alot of young families. seems like a good diverse mix too. where do those people live? that really seems like a good suburban area to raise kids. not sure id live there myself but i can certainly see the draw of it. i wonder what their neighborhoods are like around there and what their schools are like.

Glad cixcell found something nice, but I can't help and notice the irony that it's Kendall.

To answer your question, that area is pretty decent. I think there are some decent elementary schools in that area, middle/high schools can be in the B/C range on FCAT though.

That is why I moved to one. Less hassle, more space and no little white cars to bring terrorists to you!

Cixcell: I almost laughed out loud when I saw your tag line "ok, so i like kendall" as if it pained you greatly to concede grudgingly and sullenly, that yeah, Kendall ain't so bad. XD XD XD

I don't know why people hate Kendall so much. There are some pretty nice areas over there. The Dadeland shopping center with the Publix almost reminds me of the area near Aventura off of the 95 where Whole Foods and Target are.

Dadeland area is nice, and there are many nice neighborhoods in Kendall. West Kendall (which is more the area that cixcell is talking about) has just gotten very crowded with lots of traffic.

Horrible traffic in Kendall. Over-rated too. It's over crowded.
