Forget about the exact ordering and the source...if you've ever spent time in the cities ranked top 10, they're a world apart from the bottom 10.

Yeah, ok um, so Plano Texas is in the Top 5? -----------------Hahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!! Really?? Remember, I used to live in Dallas and Plain'o was just north of us! What in the hell is so special about Plain-O that it deserves special mention in the Top 5. Is it because it's so Plain----O? Like Vanilla? Like Tighty Whitey? Hmmmmmmm... Maybe it's like a list of America's WHITEST Citys!! Let's look at that list again shall we?

Bottom 5

1.Miami,Fl
2.Cleveland,Oh
3.Las Vegas,NV
4.Stockton,Ca
5.Detroit,MI

Top 5

1.Madison,WI
2.Plano,TX
3.Raleigh,NC
4.Burlington,VT
5.Seattle,Wa

Aaaaaahhhh!!! Yessss!! NOW it makes sense! It all falls into place!! NOW I see what they've done!

theres nothing wrong with immigrants, its the class of the immigrants. its the difference between a city filled with scientists and engineers verses field hands.
