Guys relax, the OP is an Internet expert, according to himself

Read the other thread he initiated in March(he has only opened 2) He was also asking for news articles and when the poster Mango from the Broward board told him he could have found that information in Google, he told Mango he was an IT expert and threaten him with posting his address. And I don't think he meant his ip address...

I think we all sympathize with you....who isn't repulsed by crime? But remember, if you know the system is broken or can be manipulated, you also should be aware that they can turn things around on you and sue you for slander. Just state the facts and no opinions or personal judgements on any particular person. You have to watch what you say...kind of like police officers or attorneys do when they want to actually win a case.

Be careful, be strong and honestly, try to keep your posts fact based, it's for your own benefit...

Wow...so much misinformation. Coming from a long line of lawyers, I do know a tiny bit so let me clarify for you. First of all, it is not slander or libel, or anything of that nature. When a person is named as a suspect, calling him or her such is not illegal in any sense. However, if one goes to trial and is found innocent and cleared of any and all charges...continuing to address them as a "murderer" can and does give the supposed innocent party the right to sue for slanderous cause. It then becomes an even bigger problem if it is done with the intent of causing said person embarrassment, loss of employment, or in any way damaging to their life and or means of survival. But until he or she is cleared and while they are still a suspect...call them what you like. However, someone who kills once...I seriously doubt they have qualms about doing it again. Please be careful. My best friend was murdered by her boyfriend so you have my deepest sympathies. I know all too well the pain of losing a good friend and person. Good luck!!! And to those of you who left those ignorant remarks...REALLY!?!? Someone is reaching out for help for their MURDERED friend!!! Good job making it all about yourselves!!!
