Wow, who'd of thunk that little ol' Miami would be dumber than Starke, or Belle Glade or Labelle or Alford!

Must have been some really smart people doing that article.

Least educated does not mean not educated.

I can take Harvard and Yale, rank them 1 and 2, and then proclaim Yale is last in best colleges.

Last does not mean bad, out of 1-50, someone has to be first, someone last, regardless of how well any of them are.

Mens Health Magazine, fantastic source.

Anyway another important factor. Miami highest percentage of Foreign Born Population in the US and 2nd in the world. Wonder if that means anything to these facts.

They are referring to cities not towns. Their results were probably based on areas that had an x amount of population as a minimum.
