It really depends on the person driving record, type of car, location you live, the insurance company you go with... You need to call an get an estimate yourself.

6. What kind of taxes need to be paid? I know there's no income tax in FL. Umm all the other taxes there are in living in a US State besides for state income.

8. Do I have to hire a realtor? I only visited the area for a holiday, have no experience living there. You don't have to but I HIGHLY suggest you do.

9. If yes, what does a realtor ask $$? They only get money off of commision, your not going to pay them a cent, you make a rent deal they get part of that money.
It all really depends on the lease, lots of the questions you asked depend on the building and the person.
