It is (or was) listed for rent, came across it a while back when looking at the rental market.

The key was that it was three bedrooms, three bedrooms tend to get pricey in many areas of Miami.

I frequently use it as my example for when debating with people regarding areas of Miami. I have come across people who state Liberty City is not all that bad, but then I come back with "if it is not so bad, then why are you paying $1500 a month for a one bedroom apartment, when a couple of miles away you can have a three bedroom house for $950?"

Entitlements are sinking the country as they have in Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain...in the U.S. Medicare, Medicaid and SS account for 43% of the budget. File:U.S. Federal Spending - FY 2007.png - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The OP should not come here thinking that in the U.S. that things will be better. We are on the path of financial ruin.

I generally like to ignore governmental affairs in CD forum, but if a bunch of Rush-heads are allowed to run rampant on our board ranting rightwing propaganda unretorted - especially such absurd nonsense...

Personally I agree with TallRick. DemvsRep is just a puppet show. An international banking cartel is controlling our govt. It's branch in the US is called The Fed.

Doggiebus, rightwing propaganda belongs in the controversies box.

Paris - can't beat it. Both Paris and London are undergoing huge construction booms, despite their economies.
