How many more of these bubble headed projects will be built before the next financial panic? Let's start a list so we can review them as they sit empty.

I do live in the Miami area a couple days a week to keep my parents going. As a realist I like to put the other side of development to potential investors. Already stopped a friend from wasting his money on Miami rental properties and instead directed him to farmland. Crops are a great investment in a hyperinflationary collapse, and farmland is more resistant to liability and code enforcement/tenant issues. Only a fool would speculate on residential or retail property at this moment of the mini-bubble.
