I know so many people who get a degree yet you run into them years later and they aren't using that degree. They used it right out of school usually for a few years, then for many reasons went in a new direction. Experience past your first job is what employers are looking for in most fields. There are some that where and what you majored in counts, but many jobs today people stumble into their positions.
