I want to move to Miami and buy a house I'm wondering are there any furnished apartments or something I can live in while I look for a house? How expensive are they?

if you want the 'longterm stay' corporate-type furnished chains, look directly on their websites to see if they have locations here. "Extended Stay America", "Residence Inn", "Marriott TownPlace Suites", "Candlewood Suites", etc. People on this site are not going to randomly know what their rates would be, as the rates will be partially determined by their availability on your specific dates - you would have to go and look up that information.

Aside from those places, there are regular furnished apartments available; look in the local classifieds and on Craigslist; I've seen quite a few advertised, all different price points and locations - the only way to find out about that is to look through the ads and contact them.

you might also try vrbo.com ('Vacation Rentals By Owner") - there are some good deals to be had there too; not necessarily cheap, but it is a reputable site.

I, too, would recommend vrbo. I used it earlier this year when I came down to Miami for what I thought was going to be an extended "vacation." My wife and I rented a furnished 1br condo from a retired doctor for a three-month period in a high-rise building on Collins Avenue. However, we liked the building and the area so much, that when a different unit in the building went on the market toward the end of our rental period, we bought it.
