Default Surfside?
Moving back to Florida from Seattle - can't stand the weather here UGH - anyway I haven't been to Miami in ages and I know a lot has changed. Know nothing about Surfside - how is it? I am looking for a SAFE, quiet, reasonably priced apartment. I work at home so South Beach might be too noisy, not sure. I like the idea of not needing a car though. Thanks for any info!

Hi-
I live in Surfside, nice area....have two Seattle friends who moved here. Nice apartments along the beach, mostly condo's but certainly rentable. I like it, quiet, nice beach, quick to south beach or ft. lauderdale.
