Miami Beach is very, very much THE place to be in Dade. But not for a family with children...very cool living in Miami Beach though, and safer than other parts of Dade.

Miami beach is a nice place to live... of course I would want a house/yard so it's not my pick but if I was going to live in a condo that would be my #1 pick... It's a whole different world from Miami.

It's funny... people get Palm Beach and West Palm Beach mixed up just as they get Miami and Miami Beach mixed up.

I believe an address on Miami Beach with just numbers should be NE not SW.

As far as the area of this address it is nice and new. There are a lot of new homes in this area. The only draw back is it is far out west. They have built many things like a Walmart, Target, some dining, Publix, Home Depot and new schools in that area. They have been toying with the idea of building a mall out there by krome and Kendall drive. But I haven't heard anything that they are going to for sure.

My only bad thing I could say is the commute during rush hour traffic is going to be tough. My old boss lives just north of the Walmart out there, which is east of this address. And it took her 45 minutes to just get to US1 in the morning. Then she had a 30 minute commute north to downtown. And she was my boss 6 years ago. So the traffic is probably much worse today, with all the new construction. So that is my only complaint about living so far west.
