Talking Visiting, need help

Hello all those who live in Miami. I need your help. My family and I are taking a cruise out of the Port of Miami. We are all flying in from different parts of the country and need to find a place to meet up before checking in. What I am hoping for is a restaurant or some other point of interest that we can meet at that is close to the port. Any ideas? We will be arriving as early as 7 am so it needs to be a place that is open at that hour. Plus we will have luggage for the week long cruise that we need to accommodate. Any ideas are very much appreciated.

I'd see if you can check in early at the Port to avoid the luggage situation. Not sure what time Bongo's Cuban Cafe opens, but you may like to meet there. It, as well as Bayside, are very close. Or take a taxi over to South Beach. Not sure what is open at 7 am, but there are cafes all over the place. (New's Cafe is one of many)

Bayside is a good place to meet as you will be able to catch cabs once everyone is together, very easily. But I don't think Bayside opens till 10 or 11 in the morning. There are a couple of starbucks, Burger King, McDonalds not to far from Bayside they could walk to, till Bayside opens. There are few benches right in front of Bayside by the flags, which is a good meeting point easy to find for everyone that I would suggest.
