I honestly can only thing of three areas that are alright by "any" standard (and I literally mean "Alright") and not just Miami standards- Aventura, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay.

´´good´´ areas:
aventura (too nice, becomes boring)
south beach (fun, but be careful)
sunny isles (nice, on the beach, pain in the ass cops though)
key biscayne (beautiful, too far from everything though, 6 miles just to enter)
hallandale (i love it, alot of elder people though)

bad areas:
opa-locka (the red triangle, what ya´ll know about that? lol)
miami gardens (near opa locka, part of the red triangle)
overtown (insane. drug dealing everywhere, especially outside those little mini-marts)
hollywood, some parts (it can get pretty ugly there)
downtown (some parts can get pretty ugly. alot of bums and thieves)

Good:
Village of Palmetto Bay
Miami Beach
Coral Gables
Pinecrest
Aventura
Kendall
New areas of unincorporated Miami, SW
Doral (safety-wise, I don't like the town itself, very boring and in the middle of nowhere).
