Who from up north would think moving from NYC would be a good move if you picked Carol City as your destination?

Carol City is definitely nicer looking than the South Bronx. Hong Kong makes NYC look like a slum.

Well that depends on WHERE in HK you are referring and where in NYC you are comparing it to.

There certainly aren't many places in HK that can even compare with Grammercy Park, Tribeca,
