Smile Biggest Florida Real Estate Price Drops.

How about a posting for the biggest price drops... post 2006... you have seen so far in the Florida Real Estate Market?

Perhaps this post will become very helpful for both buyers and sellers.

Any area price increases would also be helpful.

There is lots of data around for the number of homes on market. Let's talk sales prices here, both actual sales and current ask prices.

Seen anything of interest? What areas? Prices Up or Down?

The area I bought my house in last December is a new development. Since then prices on already built houses are up slightly but the builder is offering slightly lower prices on new construction (yes, they're still building!). Of course the builder is cutting costs like crazy on the new homes. The floor of the second story on my house is concrete but the new ones are wood. Hope none of the new owners are planning on putting a waterbed on that second floor.
