Good for him. I have no problem with it. Let her and her attitude cool down in jail. This may end up saving her life.

+1

Early in the video she seems like she is high on something, judge even asks her but she gets stupid real fast after admitting she makes $200 a week but has lots of jewelry (Like Rick Ross)....She is a dumb kid, ok got that but to flip off a judge is disrespectful and makes a mockery of the justice system.

30 days in Miami lockup may be a real eye (and leg) opener for her and her attitude..... Last time I checked being a smartazz and 85 lbs isn't a good jailhouse combination!

She's a complete idiot but as a judge he needs to have more control and not be condescending with such dismissals as "bye bye."

Sounds good to me. You just don't do that in court.

A little less tolerance of misbehavior will go along way in our society.

After she got the 30 days she was still flippant. I would've called her back and doubled it after that and kept doubling it exponentially until she shut her mouth except for a yes sir. Wow! She probably won't even serve the 30 days.

What she did might be wrong but many judges are arrogant, condescending and disrespectful, and they are never held in contempt. Shouldn't they be the first to set the example.

It doesn't matter the judges attitude, which I thought was pretty tolerant considering her behavior. Doesn't everyone know that you don't mouth off to a judge??? Even a lawyer will get contempt charges for acting that way, so why shouldn't she?
