My girlfriend is currently in South Beach Miami and she's having trouble finding a 1-2 bedroom (she has a roommate) that allows her to have a dog. (labrador) She's going to be working on South Beach so ideally the place has to be within the area. Can anyone recommended a place for rent or a realtor? Thanks a lot.

Need 1-2 bedroom apartment that allows dogs
In South beach
Up to $1400-$1500.

I don't really know what to say about this, as most of my friends that live on South Beach have dogs. Perhaps contact an apartment broker, they'll do the leg work on finding the place you're looking for at no cost to you. Message me if you'd like the name and number of a good one.

Hi, I live in Mid beach, Collins and 27th.

I live in a 1 bdr with my husband and a small dg. It is not one of those fancy building with amenities, just a sinple building, but it is veeeery cheap (we pay $850).

Also, we will be leaving the apartment next month, so if she can wait we can give her ours, otherwise I can put her in touch with the management to see if there is anything available.

Let me know.
