Time to post a link to Crisp44's map of neighborhood quality:

Miami-Dade County - Google Maps

Very useful before buying or renting.

This map is decent. I am trying to make an updated one and got pretty far but I can't figure out how to put all the zones on one map without having to use more than 1 page. The map I have leaves spaces open after a certain amount of zones. If Crisp44 is still active would love to figure out how he fixed that problem.

However, the map is a little bit dated. I will also say it does not make much sense to me to have Hialeah and Little Havana the same color rating at Miami Gardens or other high crime areas which Hialeah at least is not. Hialeah had four murders in 2011 and it is a city over over 200,000. Miami Gardens a city of just over 100,000 has had over 20-25 a year at least if not more.

I will put it this way. I would much rather walk around Hialeah alone at 1am than most of allapattah. There are a few ok pockets off of busy streets or near the medical center though.

thank you FlyMia!

this post explains pretty about Allapattah.

I started to do the same thing two weeks ago, interestingly enough

I agree, it's a good map, but it has a few details to be updated/adjusted.

And that page problem, I also looked on the web about it and have not found so far if there's a proper good solution. I just put the neighborhoods from the same general area in a page and then put a note on the the description telling to scroll through the pages to look into all of them Countywide. If I find a better solution, I'll tell you.

The only reasonable and main workaround on that issue is to do a simple Google trick. Then everything is shown in the same page. It's not great really and you may experience a issue or two possibly, but so far for me it's working well and it's better. I've found a site explaining how to do it on a Google forum: https://sites.google.com/site/gmapst...ing-on-my-maps
