So getting ready to move down and I'm stressed out about sustaining my Phở addiction.

We are blessed in the DC area with fantastic authentic Phở restaurants like Pho 75 and to a lesser degree Sprig & Sprout, and I basically eat the stuff 3-4 times a week. However after a somewhat copious search on the Google, it seems that there isn't such a place in Miami unless one schleps all the way down to near Palmetto Estates at a place called Pho Thang Restaurant. Granted, it seems to have some good reviews but that's pretty far from Downtown/Brickell to be a regular eating spot.

There's a restaurant downtown called 3 Chefs, which is a mix of Chinese and Vietnamese (never a good sign) that has Pho on the menu, however reviews, to the degree they can be trusted, seem to indicate that it is not very good.

Anyone know of any hidden gems?

Thanks

Tiny Brickell noodle bar a big hit - Miami-Dade Dining - MiamiHerald.com
Not exactly pho, but definitely a hidden gem worth checking out. Also, many Thai restaurants will have noodle soup similar to pho, which may be better than 3 Chefs pho.
However, the only real Pho places I know about are that Pho Thang place and Little Saigon in North Miami Beach.
