A lot of people actually live and work in Broward County, theres more commerce here than you would think. Even Weston itself has some commerce/business. Sunrise and Miramar are major closeby business hubs as well. So it Fort Lauderdale. A lot of people set up their practices close to home nowadays anyhow.

I agreed that you really want to stay in the Doral area, commuting from Broward will be pretty crazy. And the Doral area, is a very nice one with a lot of nice new constructions. You could probably be able to find a very nice condo for the 3 of you. As far as not being around a lot "spanish speaking people". as you said, good luck. Off course, you could move to some areas in Miami Beach, like Bay Harbor, Bal Harbor, Surfside, Sunny Isles and Aventura and your chances to find everyone speaking spanish will be less. And by leasing in anyone of those cities you will be by the beach too. By the way, where ecxacly in the Doral is your office? Lately they have extended the Doral area and some parts of the Miami NW are now Doral....

Hope this help and I didn't confuse you more.....
