Hi Everyone,

I am being transferred to a job in Miami, specifically at Sunset Place, South Miami. I will have a car but I hope to be able to take the Metrorail to work instead of having to battle traffic. What would be the recommended neighborhood for me to live in? I have researched several which seem like they would have metrorail access but I was hoping to pay less than $1000 for rent and that seems impossible to find in Brickell. Any suggestions on apartments complexes on the metrorail anywhere from South Miami to Downtown that would preferably meet these requirements:

1. Vibrant area with walkable amenities
2. Metrorail access (obviously)
3. Reasonable rent (under $1000)

Thanks in Advance!

Sunset Square Apartments. About $900 a month for a 1 bedroom. You can walk to work. It's one of the few walkable neighborhoods in Miami. Almost everything you can need in the area.

Downtown South Miami area. Look around there. Under $1000 won't be easy anywhere that is half way decent but if you look hard it can be done.
