Is it possible to live in a house in front of the beach (Malibu-style) in Dade county? In which place?

Thanks

Maybe not many on a beach, but there's plenty of waterfront homes. I'm assuming you're a millionare? Otherwise, you won't be able to afford one.

Hi lol I'm not a millionaire but I think I can afford a good house. My budget is around $600.000

Obviously I can't afford a house in Key Biscayne or Fisher Island, that's the reason I'm looking for a house in front of the beach, something like this:

Have a nice day

No. On the beach homes are very very limited and bascially are only in one small section of Miami Beach (very small section) and Golden Beach. The Miami Beach homes are not right on the beach either.

The Golden Beach homes, I hope you have $15,000,000. $600,000 can get you something on a canal, that is it.

500K I needed a good laugh. In Bubble City that might get you a home in a slum on a rock pit.

Like others have already mentioned, it will be impossible, even a home on a canal in Miami or Miami Beach will be tough with your budget. If you want a beach front home for $600,000 you are going to have to look in the Treasure Coast or the Space Coast of Florida. Even there it is going to be hard with only a $600,000 budget.

The trailers on canals are crazy prices in the keys. $500k can get you on the beach maybe in the Panhandle.
