Catholic schools are so bad that their students are not given the FCAT.

What a load of BS. The FCAT takes away from learning more important and useful things. It has gotten to the point where the only thing that matters is that the students learn to pass the FCAT and nothing more. It is a distraction and a complete waste of time.

Isn't a good education and learning more important than a state standardized test?

Its a private school. Why would they take a State of Florida test for public schools?

The Catholic schools are much better than the public schools in Miami. The FCAT is a poor indicator of student success lol.

The FCAT is a joke and a waste of time and resources. The tests are so damn easy (maybe they're a challenge for 3rd graders) yet there is such a great focus on them.

Christopher Columbus
Lourdes
Belen
St. Brendan's
St Thomas
St. Kevin's

Those are the ones I can think of that remember from my old area. My oldest when to Florida Christian elementary that that was a very good school.
