I am living in Delray Beach FL and I will be soon working in Miami Gardens FL. Is that a reasonable commute or not? How long?

It's about an hour or so without any traffic. With traffic, it'll take an eternity.

I would definitely not do that commute.

It's a shame Tri-Rail Golden Glades station doesn't have any pedestrian or bike connectivity and also poor bus connections to the surrounding neighbourhood and businesses--yet another huge wasted potential. The #77/277 and #22 busses serve the station, but it's not likely your job is along these routes. You probably have no choice but to drive far and deal with the traffic. Except for moving closer and driving less.
