What??? How is putting your guests on the Tri-Rail rude? if you can't do the drive for whatever reason isn't "rude." Also, it would actually be better for them, no traffic and will get to their destination sooner. And they'll probably get to see more of the area that way.

And how did it offend you???

and the rest of your post is just strange. sorry.

Yes, OP's reply was a bit strange. Knowing about more options is always a good thing.

Re. FLL, it is neither in Fort Lauderdale, nor in Dania. It's in unincorporated Broward County.

Oh. Even more strange then, when I was on the Tri-Rail and we stopped at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood airport, it said Dania Beach.

Tri-Rail is a great option. Jeez.

Take the train and meet them at the airport, then come back together. I see it all the time.

unfortunately, a lot of people here still think metro miami is not a major metro area and is a high life, retirement beach area. they think train? TRAIN? hell no we dont take trains. we could be living paycheck to paycheck, not being able to pay our things, not saving and not progressing, but no, no train taking and we will continue to make car payments and expensive car insurance, etc. and some STILL dont know we have a commuter train lol.

miami is like the 5th main metro area in the states behind nyc, chicago, la and boston and yet they love using public transportation but we're so ignorant on it.

The Tri-rail station is a bit outside airport property, in Dania Beach.

Have your guests fly into Palm Beach International, located in West Palm Beach. It is light years easier and more pleasant than the others. Hassle-free and a MUCH easier drive to Delray afterwards. Easy access to plenty of places to grab something to eat, too.
I hope you do as I say and have a good time!
