An economy based on litigation and not production is far from good news. This is actually a very bad thing.

Good news would be " Miami incomes are rising due to leadership in new energy" Lawyers are parasites that suck from real GDP and are a sign of a dysfunctional system.

You are actually right.

More law firms does not mean the economy is sound or growing. And on second thought I do not even believe the article. There are many lawyers with little or not work in South Florida. That is why many are so corrupt. I know of a few that have graduated and can't even find work and are buried in student loans. Some have been offered $30,000 a year jobs as attorneys.
