So I will be getting a call from you tomorrow to rent this right?

lol you would if you would have found me a real one bedroom non loft like I stated, that loft for 1990 a user searching the internet found, you know the MLS is not that special anymore right.

Im really not trying to start anything, but he wants a 1 bedroom he wanted one for way less that 1990, there is no reason for anyway to tell him to look at Vizcayne or even 50 Flagler.

FYI i lived in Everglades/Vizcayne for 4 years, i left when my one bedroom and every other one bedroom went north of $2000.00

I would check Flagler First Condo, it's the cheapest in downtown but still very nice. It's within your budget.

I think its limited to certain incomes. I looked it up before. Great for anyone who doesnt have a car (no parking lot)

its not income restricted. We looked at a few units in that building. They are tiny, also in the middle of homeless central and to top it all off, no parking. Hence, the low price

The one on Flagler right? If its not income restricted might be a good pick once they do the upgrades on Flagler street. I like the Loft just a few blocks from the Worldcenter side and near Miami Dade College

Just to save you from future disappointment: the "one-bedrooms" at Loft I and Loft II are actually studios, and the "two-bedrooms" are "one-bedrooms".
