Hello everyone, I found a place to live in Miami, Beach at the Flamingo South Beach and at the Decoplage. Just needed to know some information on both buildings before choosing one of them. If you guys could please help. I have heard a lot of things about Flamingo, but I'm not sure about the Decoplage. Which building would be better for a 21 year old single male to live in?

Live at Flamingo. Being on the beach in the middle of "tourist central" gets tiresome really quickly.

Flamingo more of a party scene, and also more people actually living there. Decoplage is extremely transient and I've noticed usually an older crowd.

If you're 21, flamingo will be great!

I live in the Flamingo and I love it.
I think the north tower is where the parties are because I live in the South Tower and it's very quiet.
For the same price, I would rent in the South Tower, it's quiet, renovated, parking is cheaper and gym is free.
