Possibility I won the Unemployment Appeal? Thoughts please! (company, job)

Want to keep this short and simple. Granted for unemployment, a month later my employer appealed for a re determination. Appeal date, I was there and so was the employer which was the HR manager of the company to represent. Employer messed up numerous of time, was disorganized, wasn't following the referees rule, when asked a question he would answer other wised and referee had to correct him numerous of time. The referee seemed annoyed, at one point, The referee asked him a question and he was so disorganized and their was a silent for 5 min total, I thought the call had dropped (btw it was a hearing over the phone) He was just so unprofessional, no evidence and at that point, I knew this would be a good shot for me. When my turn, I answered the question in order and in a professional matter, said my statement into why I should get unemployment. I did a great job but as in the employer side, their credibility went down the toilet and not much evidence was presented. What do you guys think? Again, I was granted in the beginning for unemployment because there wasn't evidence of misconduct, employer appealed, had their shot but was so disorganized, evidence wasn't there, and referee seemed annoyed with the employer because they were so unprofessional.

How professional you were and how unprofessional your previous employer was has no bearing on the facts. That is what will decide the case.
