Brickell City Center is taking 45% down, 20% first then the rest a couple months later. The first major development in this cycle that's accepting less than half in cash--in some cases, they've wanted upwards of 80%. Hmmm.....

Many foreign currencies have been losing their value quite a bit lately. That definitely has had an impact on our real estate market.

It's inevitable that the real estate market will turn around. But with the influx of the chinese ultra wealthy now it seems like it could last for a few more years and I doubt the government will do anything to affect the real estate industry.

It will be so cool if some of these Chinese Investors created a mini Chinatown in Miami. I think that could be possibility once their investment grows a lot more than what it is now.
