Your 600 number count may be off, maybe 60 is correct? The Hialeah Police Department only has 355 sworn police officers.

Well then, maybe you will remember this the next time you're involved in a bad traffic accident in which you aren't at fault, and you have to wait two hours on the road for an FHP officer to arrive because there are not enough of them to handle all the traffic incidents in tbe county. Or when you call the police following a house robbery, or another incident where you might want someone there ASAP, and it takes them two hours to get there, because again, they are shorthanded.

No cops around anywhere may be great- till YOU need one.
