hi any idea on where wd be smart to buy in miami a500-700 sqa feet condo?

I was watching an American program about DIY and they spoke of the fact that as the elderly pass away you can actually get some of the older condos at a reasonable price however they often need updating. This program showed them updating one of them, it looked like it hadn't been touched since the 60s.

I'm sure if you can a find a good realtor they can help you find something. It would be nice to either live in or use for a vacation spot.

Coral Gables, Coconut Grove as a start.. Beach if you want to rent it out to vacationers.
