The school opened in 1953 and was later turned into administrative offices, but I'm not sure when it closed, why, or what happened to the building. It was adjacent to the junior high school, and may possibly be part of the Region III administrative offices (which are adjacent to what is now called the middle school). I'm actually working on something related to exactly this topic, and will have some answers in a few weeks. I can get back to you.
