Angry Who deals with Child Support Enforcement in Miami?

Who deals with Child Support in Miami? I'm in NC and my ex Moderator cut: name is in Florida. He owes about 2 months of Child Support. He is now working a part-time salary job...but the $$$$ is still missing. The Ct has found him in contempt in the past. The public offices dealing with this sent me the papers back stating to go to NC authorities. I've had to use a private attorney. Who are the best attorneys in Miami dealing with Child Support?

?????? Go to the Yellow Pages or do an internet search because their are about a million and one attorneys who deal with this. Be careful because "best attorneys in Miami" are pretty expensive unless you have a small fortune. However their are plenty of attorneys that can help ..... in second thought why don't you join a legal plan. They usually cost about $12 to $15 a month and they recommend a lawyer to handle your case in whatever city you need them to. They also give you reduced rates to handle your case and they represent you. Try Legal Club of America : Nation's Most Comprehensive Legal Plans

Good luck !!!!

Here is a law firm that I would recommend for child support enforcement that does not charge outrageous hourly rates in South Florida.

Good luck to you......

Still ignored the ct order, is working fulltime. Still have not found a good lawyer to handle this. Still looking for legal resources.

The NC Child Support Office doesn't know how to do "good interstate cases" and they mess up. The Fl office sent the papers back to us in NC. He still owes tons of $$$$$ and I'm frustrated.
