Hello everyone, looking to move to Miami in a couple weeks. I am currently viewing apartment buildings online. It seems every building has their share of negative reviews on yelp. Can anyone suggest some good apartment buildings in more upscale areas around $1200 to $1600 price range for 1 bedroom?

Appreciate any advice.

Miami is a very big city. What area do you want to live in?

Loft II and Loft Downtown are pretty good buildings and you can find something in that price range. Loft II is a large building, big mix of people, in a good location, two pools, one roof top and one ground floor, both pretty big and a nice gym. Only negative is the homeless population, but that is an issue anywhere in Downtown.

Loft Downtown is a small building, does not have the same amenities as Loft II, is in the same location, a bit more quite, as to the residents and it not being that busy in the lobbies and stuff.
