One Center Condo's Downtown Miami ????
Are these any good security wise? Is it close to the beach is renting them or investing a good deal ? How close is it to the shopping ? to the Beach? What is it like? Any residents like it? I'm out of state moving to Fl 2008 and some other family too ....we were looking at diverse places for a 2nd place or rental too? Is this good?
Jobwise I'm okay ...However is this condo good?

Where is One Center? What intersection? If it's in downtown, then you're good. Like I said before, Downtown offers everything you need and has great public transit, so you don't need a car.

I have heard of condominiums called One Miami(two towers) which are located on the mouth of the Miami River

My family from up North was looking also for a condo near the beach and sent it to me. We are all looking and I called them for more info. However I wanted residents opinion or people in the area. Is this a good condo, real good security -how close to the beaches? Is it worth it ? It rents at 2800 + Worth it?

One Miami condominium is in downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. It is in a safe area of Downtown and like Kevinkagy said there is good transit close by. Reading what the ad has to offer there is a pool and game room for your child. There is a beautiful park called Bayfront Park and a riverwalk along the Miami River. There is shopping in the Brickell area across the river from One Miami,there are 2 or 3 Publix grocery stores and there is Mary Brickell Village. There is Bayside on the same side as One Miami where you can go shopping for clothes ,but it is very expensive however a ver nice place.
One Miami is about 5 miles from South Beach, which is considered a young person or young couples area to live. North Miami Beach is for the more mature and very wealthy people who live in Sunny Isles or Bal Harbour and that is about 20 miles from Downtown.
