Hello

I would like to know if I can qualify for a conventional refinance if I have a deed in lieu on my record from 2015 for a property that I was only on title. I was not on the mortgage..

Reach out to a mortgage broker directly for that. If its on your credit, you'll have to explain it and see if the lender allows.

Depends if it is on your credit report, though if you weren't on the mortgage it probably isn't. It's just in the Public Records, but that isn't the same thing. You can run a credit check on yourself and see for yourself before applying. You might have to disclose it, but it depends on how they word the question I suppose.
