Default Need Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a nice, safe, child friendly community or area with good schools between Palm Beach Gardens and Boca that are non-gated with either no HOA's or very low HOA's. I am currently living in Lake Worth in a gated community and I do not like having to pay high fees and strict rules. Moving from NY to FL I had to be in a gated community. That is all I heard about. Now that I am living here for over five years I realize it was a big mistake. Any help would be appreciated. I like Lake Charleston and Sun Valley if anyone knows those communities, but I don't know of any others. I would like to find as much info as I can.

exactly. Give me a private message and I will send you a link of a house that I almost bought for an excellent price. Only reason I did not is because I am still in debt from my divorce 2 years ago.

I don't want to live in Loxahatchee or The Acerage. I am not looking for an acre of land. I want to live in a non-gated community with either no fees or low fees. I don't want to pay $2000/year anymore. I just know of a few like I said Sun Valley, Lake Charleston and there are a few in Wellington such as South Shore and East Wood, but I was wondering if someone new of any others that are nice with friendly people and kid friendly. I want my children to be able to play with their neighbors. I know there are plenty of people out there that are sick of these gated communities, with their restrictions and high fees. If someone wants to get into these communities to rob you, I am sure they still can. Someone stole my flag off of my home and my son's bike right from my garage and I am in a very desirable community. So, if someone knows of a non-gated community please respond. Other people would probably like to know this also. Thanks.
