I wonder who they had to bribe to get there. Even LA and NYC have more beautiful people than Miami.

^^ thats all very subjective but of the thousands of visitors, tourist, and residents they surveyed throughout the country Miami was the highest rated in the country.

It's too bad that the local government is so dirty though. Also the real tourist destination. Miami Beach seems to be dirtier than the city of Miami.

I read this article and the idiot that wrote it used stats and research about the water and air polution. Yeah, duh! Miami is located somewhere that naturally it will not have much pollution. The ocean breezes will sweep it all away. I have been to alot of cleaner cities and Miami is still a toilet and a dirty one. This guy should have visited instead of doing alot of research and picking the city with the best stats on paper.

For a place so warm, Miami has amazing air quality which is one of the qualities that I love.

I disagree that it's a clean city however.

Congratulations to Miami!

Miami really does have perfect air quality year-round, clean streets, and more green. A great achievement for a great city. Go Miami!

and Jacksonville managed to dump 633 pounds of mercury into the air with Duval County accounting for 21% of all mercury emissions in FL last year. but yeah we're clean! your government is slowly decreasing the life expectancy rates of its citizens. if you think this is uncontrollable, you are out of your mind. they choose not to do anything about it, but take baby steps just to keep you from getting into an uproar. and it works! there's a reason there are a skyrocketing number of diagnoses for mild to severe esophageal, lung, and heart related diseases and cancers.
