I agree on the 1-way street as well. Nothing worse than people doing u-turns because a meter opened up.

One Way Charley, might be what Ocean Drive needs, on the mean time and while this takes 2 to 3 yrs to become a reality, I am bound to Lincoln Mall, my favorite hangout at the Beach.
