Hi, I just registered on this site and thought someone could help me identify what S.C.A in EuroDisney SCA stands for.

Im in uni (USP - University of the South Pacific) in Suva, Fiji and I am doing a research and presentation on Disney world. hence I would appreciate all your assistance. Ive looked all over the net for this without success.
Please help

My best guess would be "Société en commandite par actions" (SCA), which is apparently a type of business partnership in France.
