We may have to relocate, and with the mess in housing, selling looks bleak.

So, if we have to leave the area, I'm thinking a property manager to rent out our multi-family dwelling and manage the property while we're in absentia (repairs, lawn maintenance, etc)

Anyone have advice? anyone have a great recommendation? Anyone who's done this and can give me the pitfalls to avoid, questions to ask, what % th ey get in fees to expect, etc. If you've done this, help!

This is totally new territory for us, so, man, any advice to guide us is welcome. THANKS.
